Regarding Covid-19

We want you all to know that we share your concern about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are closely monitoring the developments in order to respond appropriately in every way we can. We are continuing to monitor the guidance set forth by our health officials and wanted to make you aware of the updated guidelines set forth by City officials which include minimizing the number of employees working within arms’ length of one another.

To best protect our residents and staff, PRC Management Services, Inc. has temporarily closed the main office to the public.

Please note that the disruptions to our daily schedules caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted our vendors, and scheduling personnel, therefore emergency issues will take priority.

We will do everything we can to ensure that you continue to receive excellent service, but you may experience slower response times than usual for general maintenance requests and inquiries.
